Lily has worked in the HR Advisory Public Sector team on HR Advisory projects for the past year having made an internal move from the interal Deloitte talent function. Lily is involved in our Talent Acquisition (TA) proposition for the UK due to her background within TA in her previous careers both in industry and agency. In Lily’s work with Deloitte’s Public Sector clients, she specialises in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Operating Models, HR Transformations and others within the HR Advisory space.
