Lauren Kelley

As a Trial Manager she liaised with social workers and primary care clinicians on a daily basis to drive the successful implementation of a psychosocial intervention for service users.

Since joining Deloitte, Lauren has experience in both the private and public sectors and has worked predominantly on large scale business transformations (HR shared services and finance and procurement system integration). More recently and to date she has worked on OD engagements; developing OD capability and high level organisation design with a TMT client and supporting change management activities following the completion of the OD to transform an Adult Services function in the health and social care sector (more specifically developing the Change Impact Assessment approach and transition planning).
