Louise leads Deloitte’s Private Equity and Financial Investors businesses in both M&A and Strategy, Risk and Transactions Advisory in the UK, a team of over 500 professionals helping PE clients drive value through transactions, and in their portfolio companies.
Louise has 20 years’ experience advising clients on M&A transactions in both London and Hong Kong, particularly relating to equity value and purchase price negotiations. She has worked on over 250 completed deals across a wide range of geographies, deal sizes, and industries but with a focus on exits, complex cross border carve out transactions and private equity clients. She also acts as the lead client service partner on one of our large private equity accounts.
Louise graduated from Durham University in 2000 having read Geography. Outside of work Louise loves to travel with her family and in recent years has combined keeping fit with fundraising supporting “Le Cure” a breast cancer research charity based at the Royal Marsden.
