Louise acts as the trusted adviser to both internal and external stakeholders.
She has significant experience of working with management boards, shareholders, lenders and charity trustees, supporting them with accelerated mandates, performance improvement strategies, analysis of business options as well as advising on a range of turnaround and restructuring strategies.
