Luke leads Deloitte’s Occupier and Capital Projects business within the firm’s Infrastructure and Real Estate team.
He has over 25 years’ experience working both within industry in Director roles and as a consultant for large scale, asset intensive organisations across both public and private sectors. He brings a commercial value approach to asset management and capital delivery and has sat on the Institute of Asset Management Council.
