Lucinda is a lead partner for Technology Strategy and Transformation within the UK’s practice in Consulting. She has more than 18 years of experience in technology, both delivery and strategy. Lucinda’s experience includes leading the design and transformation of a technology organisation in a midsize European financial institution moving to an Agile/DevOps delivery model to become a customer-centric IT organisation and standing up new digital capabilities; whilst rightsizing the old organisation focused on waterfall delivery on legacy platforms.
