Kevin has worked in AI governance as consultant and academic since 2010. He was on the AI Act Code of Practice plenary and edits the IAPP AIGP Handbook for Regulated Industries.
Kevin is a specialist in AI governance, having worked in the field as a consultant and academic since 2010. He has worked with banks, financial services, healthcare, governments, defence agencies and technology companies and published widely in this area.
Kevin was a part of the AI Act Code of Practice plenary and is co-editing the AI Governance Professional Handbook for Regulated Industries for the IAPP. He has published 5 academic books and more than 50 academic papers and chapters, spoken at both Houses of Parliament and been interviewed on BBC Breakfast and Channel 4. He is a regular speaker at international conferences.
