Katrina sits on Deloitte’s global immigration leadership team supporting 149 Deloitte offices in the delivery of consistent global operations and client experience. She also leads the Immigration Growth team globally. Katrina is a UK and Australian-qualified lawyer with a wealth of experience across all aspects of employment-based immigration. Katrina’s extensive experience working with large corporate and multinational companies across various industry sectors has built her a reputation of being able to provide innovative and pragmatic solutions.

Katrina is a hands-on partner with a deep understanding of developing a clear strategy on global movement; attracting and retaining the best candidates from the global resource pool. Katrina regularly speaks at key global industry events and provides training sessions to clients.
