Karl has over 25 years’ experience delivering assurance, governance, risk and control services to organisations across the FTSE100, FTSE250 as well as privately owned organisations and government departments.  Karl’s experience includes the evolution and innovation of our Internal Audit services and the adoption of digital technologies comprising artificial intelligence, analytics, risk sensing, risk mapping, action tracking, controls self-assessment and results visualisation. Over the last 10 years, he has supported organisations to establish and transform Internal Audit functions, helping them to achieve greater impact and provide greater insights on the full breadth of risks being faced. Karl has led the delivery of services for a range of complex and diverse clients comprising multi-site operations, complex supply chains, multi-year capital programmes, transformation projects and reviews of supply chain, finance, cyber, resilience, IT and digital activities. Karl has a reputation for delivering consistently high-quality work and for developing strong, enduring senior relationships with his clients that span multiple years.
