Kate is a Manager in Deloitte’s Risk Advisory practice, with a focus on ESG regulatory reporting.
In her career, Kate led environmental, social, human rights and climate change due diligence and monitoring process for multiple trade-, export-, project finance and asset-based transactions to small and medium enterprises, and multinational companies across the UK and internationally. As part of this, she reviewed project related documentation subject to the local jurisdiction and international requirements, conducted gap assessments, and supervised the work of external consultants. She also monitored and tracked the implementation of necessary E&S management systems. She is experienced in applying the IFC Performance Standards and the Equator Principles 4, and she has worked on green, social and sustainability-linked loans transactions.
She currently advises the financial sector in meeting the existing sustainability reporting requirements.
She is a trained Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
