Recent experience includes advising executive stakeholders during high-profile crises: supporting clients to navigate operational disruption (for example in response to ransomware attacks, COVID-19 and Brexit) or major strategic shifts (developing new business units and planning for major product launches). Kat works with clients to adopt a strategic view of business continuity, identifying risks and building capabilities to respond to crises- leading major training and exercising programmes. She has a specific interest in digital resilience and critical national infrastructure.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Kat worked for an international organisation, completing short-term assignments in Singapore and Australia. Kat holds a BA in Linguistics & Phonetics.
