Kayley is an Associate Director in Deloitte’s Strategy, Risk and Transactions practice.
Kayley has deep experience leading complex legal entity optimisation programmes for FTSE 100 companies and supporting clients to execute cross-jurisdictional restructuring initiatives. This includes supporting Financial Institutions to obtain the appropriate regulatory permissions and licenses. Prior to joining Deloitte, she worked for the Bank of England and Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA).
