Kat is a Director in Deloitte’s Risk Advisory Practice. She has over 23 years of financial services experience spanning Retail and Commercial Banking, General Insurance. Kat is our Banking and Retail Lending lead for Consumer Duty, leveraging her in-depth industry knowledge and understanding of regulatory expectations.
Kat is also one of our Collections and Recoveries SME, but also has a focus on all aspects of consumer protection within retail lending, alongside an in-depth knowledge of assurance frameworks and outcome testing. Kat supports clients with regulatory change as well as compliance, including leading Skilled Person Reviews.
