Karen is a Director in Deloitte's Total Reward and Benefits team in London. She is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and has over 15 years of experience advising companies and trustees on pensions issues. She provides strategic advice in a number of areas including funding negotiations, liability management and benefit strategy. She also has extensive experience of implementing asset backed funding structures.
