James is a Manager within Deloitte UK’s Infrastructure & Real Estate team, specialising in facilities management strategy, procurement and commercial advisory.
He supports public and private sector organisations to design and implement effective FM operating models and supply chain solutions. His experience spans sourcing and procurement strategy, commercial and pricing model design, supplier and market engagement, contract development and the design of retained FM organisations. He has particular experience supporting complex, multi-site and international estates.
Prior to joining Deloitte, James worked in project delivery roles across the Civil Service, including at the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) and the Department for Business and Trade (DBT).
