Jez Pannett has over 16 years of experience in delivering M&A Transaction Services for PE and Corporate clients across a number of sectors, most notably TMT, Manufacturing, Business Services, Financial Services and Life Sciences. He has lead both buy and sell-side projects including carve-out and synergy reviews, notably across Europe, the Middle East, the US and Far East. He spent 4 years on secondment in Stockholm working on in-bound and out-bound transactions to the Nordic region.
