He has 25+ years experience in Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Credit Cards, and Insurance. His areas of expertise include digital strategy and operating models, distribution channels and front/back office transformation. He has worked with a large number of major banks and credit card companies in the US, Europe and the UK and has experience of a number of large-scale systems implementation programmes. He is recognised as an expert in the areas of Digital and Multi-Channel Transformation.
