Jon is a partner in Transaction Services, with 20 years’ experience of buy side and sell side due diligence, focusing on the Oil & Gas and Oil Field Services sectors. Clients include a number of Private Equity energy investors and Oil &Gas Corporates, including independent upstream operators as well as integrated majors and a wide range of service companies. Jon also has experience of downstream oil and gas including pipelines, refining and retail portfolios.
