He has supported and led the set-up of large-scale transformations across the private sector, including multiple leading UK National Governing Bodies. Joel also has first-hand major event experience having been seconded to the British Olympic Association where he coordinated end-to-end preparations for Tokyo 2020 before occupying a games-time role in the game’s services team.
Joel is passionate about using Digital to increase participation, fan engagement and professionalise sporting organisations to drive positive change in the industry.
