Conversant with a number of key European hotel markets covering both city centres and resorts. Highly experienced in providing valuation advice for a variety of purposes - financial statements/reporting, assurance, loan security and pricing covering a range of types/grades of hotels – budget through to luxury and adjacent sectors eg hostels and serviced apartments.

Other alternative asset experience includes healthcare, data centres and sports stadia.
