Joe is an Assistant Director in Deloitte’s M&A Integration and Separation team.
Joe’s transaction expertise covers business integration and separation support for buy-side and sell-side deals, including advising on strategy and operating model design, setting up the Integration/Separation Management Office (IMO/SMO), developing plans for how the business combination or separated entity will operate at Day 1, and assisting front-office and back-office teams to deliver against these plans and achieve deal outcomes.
Joe has experience supporting large, listed companies as well as private equity firms and their portfolio companies with their most complex integrations and separations.
