Jim Lenga-Kroma

Jim is a Director in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice with over a decade of experience. He leads the UK Skills Based Organisation (SBO) proposition. His core expertise are in skills strategy, development programmes, learning transformations, talent management and DEI.

Jim has led a number of large transformations in these areas with significant workforce and organisation impact.
