Jim is a consulting leader who has partnered with executives to lead major transformations in public sector organisations.
In these engagements, he has supported defence and national security workforces through culture change initiatives, strengthening employee support capabilities, new professional development programmes, and helping organisations adapt their people to new policies, technology and legislation. Jim began his career as an officer in the US Navy.
