Jeremy has been involved in over 50 capital markets transactions supporting companies through formative transactions from readiness phase through to execution. He has worked on a range of transactions including IPOs, demergers, Class 1 acquisitions/disposals, equity raises and reverse takeovers and has significant experience leading diligence workstreams such as working capital and profit forecasts.
