Jacob is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Risk Advisory practice. He specialises in 1st line Controls Advisory initiatives in Financial Services and has experience working across all three lines of defence.
Having spent the first years of his career in 1st line business teams, Jacob takes a practical approach to supporting organisations mature and transform their non-financial internal control agenda in a way that delivers a competitive business edge and enables leading customer experiences.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Jacob worked for a FTSE100 global bank with experience in digital lending products, Chief Controls Office, sales outcomes testing and conversational AI.
