Hannah is a Partner in Deloitte’s Financial Services Tax practice in London and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. She has over 15 years of experience providing UK and international tax services to multinational groups, specialising in the insurance industry, including two years working in New York.
Hannah specialises in international tax advice on business structuring considering operating model design, financing, controlled foreign company, permanent establishment and tax residence rules. She has recently been helping multinational groups navigate global tax reform under Pillar Two. She works with general insurers, brokers and Lloyd’s of London market participants alongside a number of non-insurance groups with captive insurance companies.
