Hammad Rafique is the Managing Partner for Technology & Transformation at Deloitte UK, a role he assumed effective 1 June 2026.
With over 25 years of experience as a management consultant, Hammad is dedicated to helping clients across the UK and globally reimagine and deliver significant change within their organisations.
His expertise spans strategy, execution, and operate models, with a strong focus on large-scale Business and Technology Transformation and value-driven change initiatives. Hammad possesses deep industry experience, particularly within Financial Services, with a specialisation in Insurance and Banking, and has also advised clients across the Private Sector and Energy industries.
Hammad joined Deloitte Digital in 2017 and has since held key leadership positions, including leading the UK Insurance Consulting Business and subsequently the UK Financial Services Technology & Transformation Business. In these roles, he has been instrumental to our business as well as our clients in driving growth, fostering strategic partnerships, enhancing market recognition and championing innovation.
