Hayley is an experienced digital innovation leader, serving as Chief AI Officer for Deloitte UK. With over 20 years of technology, transformation and AI experience she has a proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes through long-term digital transformation programmes for clients and within Deloitte.
Hayley’s career began in Deloitte’s Audit practice before moving into Tax, advising clients on employment taxes, global mobility, and reward. During this time, Hayley globalized the employment taxes offering across multiple geographies and established the Payroll and Workforce Management practice. She previously served as the Chief AI officer for the Tax and Legal business.
In her current role, Hayley is at the forefront of shaping how businesses can harness technology and AI to drive future growth. She is responsible for driving Deloitte's AI strategy across client services and internal operations, embedding responsible AI governance across both, and accelerating the firm's journey to becoming the leading AI-enabled professional services firm in the UK.
Recognized for her expertise at the intersection of AI and professional services, Hayley is a member of several AI and Digital advisory communities and frequently contributes insights on how emerging technologies are reshaping organisations.
