Helen has partnered with CPOs and senior HR professionals on their People M&A strategy, and worked alongside client teams, helping them to deliver complex transactions in a short timeframe.
Helen worked as a Global People M&A Leader on industry side and has led in-house teams who executed several complex global M&A projects. This includes the implementation of integrations and separations strategies, legally verified employee transfer plans (including TUPE/ARD), headcount synergies, change and communications workstreams and headcount reduction programmes.
