Helen Evans

Helen is a partner in the Human Capital Consulting practice in the UK. She leads our Human Capital Financial Services team.

Focused on Insurance, Helen shapes, leads and delivers Insurance regulatory change programmes for our largest clients to deliver their most critical business outcomes. Current projects include a post-merger SII major model change application and one of the largest global IFRS 17 programmes.

Helen has worked as a Programme Leadership Consultant for over fifteen years in a variety of industries across a breadth of transformation themes from technology installations to large scale initiatives involving cultural and organisational change.
