Hugh Dullage

Hugh is a Partner in our Real Assets business who focuses on strategy and set up for complex Capital Programmes. He has advised on major real estate and infrastructure programmes with a combined value of over £150bn. His key areas of focus are defining the strategy for delivering the programme, including the delivery model, client operating model and procurement / commercial strategy, and establishing effective programme controls and commercial management capabilities. He also has a keen interest in how to apply innovation to the delivery of capital programmes, including new technologies such as 5G, Artificial Intelligence and blockchain. Key clients include High Speed 2 (HS2), Cambridgeshire Autonomous Metro, the Palace of Westminster, Crossrail and Thames Tideway. Hugh is a Chartered Civil Engineer by profession with over 20 years of experience.
