Hayley is a Payments focused Partner in Deloitte’s Financial Services M&A Transaction Services team. She has over 16 years’ experience, working with both corporate and private equity companies.
Hayley’s experience spans a range of diligence engagements along the end-to-end M&A journey, including both buy and sell-side activities, and reporting accountant roles for IPOs, with a particular focus on Payments companies.
Having worked within Banking Capital Markets for a large part of her career, Hayley became increasingly interested in the Payments market and at both the scale and pace of change that continues to shape the industry.
Hayley has also recently been a lead author in the Deloitte Future of Money Research, looking at what the storage, transfer and exchange of money might look like by 2035 and what near-term changes will be fundamental to the positive evolution of the financial system.
