Harvey is a Partner in our Midlands Employment Taxes team. He joined Deloitte with more than 17 years of experience with HM Revenue & Customs, where he specialised in domestic and international employment tax and social security issues. At Deloitte Harvey works with clients across a range of industries, and is the Tax Industry Lead for the transport, hospitality and services industries.
