Helen is a Construction lawyer and partner in the Deloitte Real Estate Legal team.
Helen has extensive experience advising on transactional and contentious matters relating to flagship construction projects, both in the Midlands and UK-wide. She provides strategic advice to Deloitte Legal's clients, working on a host of major regeneration, living, development and investment projects, as well as working with Corporate Occupiers. As a specialist construction lawyer, Helen advises clients on construction procurement, construction contracts and all ancillary documentation relating to a project. She is also skilled and experienced in all forms of dispute resolution, in particular adjudication, litigation, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
