Hamza is a Director in our Financial Advisory service line. A qualified finance professional, Hamza led finance teams in the Housing, Justice and Health sectors before joining Deloitte. His experience includes corporate budgeting, public sector procurement and complex commercial negotiations.

Hamza’s area of specialism is performance improvement focussing on financial resilience, sustainability, cost control and risk management whilst minimising the impact on customers and front-line services. Hamza is passionate about social mobility and ensuring our Organisation reflects the clients & communities we serve.
