Harry is a senior Director in our London team and has significant experience advising pension trustees and corporates on all aspects of employer covenant, ranging from traditional covenant assessments to highly specialised advice at the time of a transaction.
Recent experience includes advising clients on the employer covenant impact of high-profile restructurings and supporting in the design of appropriate mitigation packages.
Harry’s clients are across a wide-range of sectors, with a focus on the financial services sector - he ACA qualified in 2007 whilst in Deloitte’s Banking audit practice and has completed secondments at two major financial institutions. Prior to joining the covenant team in 2013, he worked in financial restructuring, providing advice to the stakeholders of underperforming businesses.
Harry was named as one of the “Rising Stars of the Industry” in Pension Insight's “Top 50 People in Pensions” feature in January 2016.
