Georgia works within the IT Asset Management (ITAM) team of Deloitte’s Technology and Transformation function.
Georgia’s core focus is on ITAM capability implementation, project management, and process design and documentation, and her SAM focus areas span across managed services, software asset lifecycle management, process design and implementation, operating model design, training delivery, tool implementation, and merger & acquisition due diligence and execution. She has led the delivery of managed service and SAM governance activities, the review of software contracts to assess and mitigate potential compliance risks, and the design of target-state operating models for several large-scale organisations and has a background in project management and IT strategy. Georgia places a strong focus on communication and stakeholder engagement and fostering strong relationships with her clients.
