Guillaume is a Manager at the EMEA Centre for Regulatory Strategy, focusing on insurance regulation. Prior to joining Deloitte in July 2023, he worked for the French Treasury. Guillaume holds an MA in International Affairs from Sciences Po Lyon and an MSc in European Political Economy from the London School of Economics.
