Gemma is a consultant within Deloitte’s UK Global Workforce Consulting team and enjoys supporting clients with the development and transformation of their Global Mobility programmes. Gemma has focussed particularly on International Remote Working policy and strategy, and compliance management for a global workforce.
Prior to joining the Global Workforce Consulting team, Gemma worked in Mobility Tax advising Financial Services organisations on tax compliance issues.
