As the UK Leader for M&A at Deloitte, I coordinate M&A specialists from across our firm to help companies transform and create sustainable value through M&A.

I’m a transaction services partner who works extensively with private equity and am the European lead partner for one of Deloitte’s largest private equity clients. I provide due diligence services across a myriad of different alternative asset classes including private equity, real estate and special situations working with both investment houses and portfolio companies.

Whilst I have worked across a myriad of industries, my primary focus is on the Consumer industry and in particular the Transport Hospitality & Services (THS) sub-sector. I focus on some of our largest and most complex M&A transactions working with private equity and corporate clients on both buy and sell-side transactions.
