Gareth is an experienced Director in our Restructuring Services Tax team, advising on tax in distressed and insolvency situations. Gareth primarily focuses on areas with complex debt financing, structuring commercial and tax efficiencies into refinancing, restructuring and exit transactions to achieving maximum value for creditors and equity providers alike from tax opportunities and attributes.
