Florence is a Senior Manager in the HR Advisory practice within Human Capital, with eight years of professional experience in talent, performance, and learning. Florence has a worked on a number of large-scale transformation programmes, with a particular focus on capability development. Florence led the development of specialist career pathways at a large consumer goods organisation, with learning journeys tailored to address skills shortages. Florence is an Accredited Assessor, as well as being OPQ (SHL) certified, and has delivered multiple client assessments to support leadership development.
