She supports clients with their decisions and strategy around the works they need to do to maintain their assets to deliver reliable services to their customers. Helping them drive forward their agenda on safety, affordability and performance improvements. She’s a fellow chartered manager with 20 years industry and consultancy experience across different sectors including Transport, Utilities, Energy and Nuclear specialising in strategic investment planning, intelligent client deployment, delivery models and route to market, cost efficiency realisation, capability improvement and transformation.
