Ed Waller

Ed is a Director in Deloitte’s UK Risk Advisory practice, chartered accountant and Executive MBA. Ed specialises in legal entity strategy, booking models and trading controls and has supported a number of global banking organisations with optimising their legal entity structures for financial and non-financial constraints, together with enhancing governance, risk management and controls across the 1LOD and 2LOD. Throughout his career Ed has completed a number of broader projects within Tier 1 investment banks, including supporting cost optimisation programmes, leading regulatory remediation initiatives and enhancing analytics.
