Elena leads the Transformation proposition for Process Bionics aligning the offerings with key ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Salesforce. Elena brings her Operations experience to help clients transform by integrating process mining with strategic platforms.
Elena owns the Process Bionics transformation proposition which aims to maximise the value our clients can achieve through strategic transformation programmes such as SAP S4H by leveraging process mining. In this role Elena is leveraging our deep ERP capabilities at Deloitte to shape our approach, methodology and technology capability across the Process Bionics practice.
Elena has experience delivering end to end transformation with Process Mining, RPA and platform migration projects.
She has experience on complex transformation projects leading full scale IT application development, automation delivery, process mining deployment and traditional discovery to drive operational transformation across the enterprise.
