Emma relishes solving complex problems, getting to the heart of the issue, and designing technology solutions that balance client needs, user experience and cost, in order to ensure that clients get maximum value from their technology estate. She has played a pivotal role in pioneering new approaches, methods and accelerators that have enabled her teams to conduct discoveries and design digital processes at pace.
Emma won Business Analyst of the Year at the 2024 UK IT Industry Awards and was a finalist for Technology Consultant of the Year at the Management Consulting Association Awards 2025.
Emma is also a member of Deloitte’s business analysis leadership team where she leads on thought leadership and market research.
Emma has also spoken at conferences on Business Analysis, and has authored methodologies and trainings in relation to running discoveries. Emma has also co-authored articles on business analysis.
