Elizabeth Langley-Jones

Elizabeth is a Senior Manager in Risk Advisory on the Technology Implementation Team. She has 7+ years’ experience in the technology implementation sector across a range of clients, technologies and industries. She leads a number oftechnology Partnerships within Risk Advisory and is the Zoho Partnership lead. She works closely with clients to support them through the stages of software delivery lifecycle which includes requirements and design, build, test, UAT, deploy, training, hypercare and ongoing support. She owns the Zoho relationship and has regular meetings with them to help embed continuous improvement in the services they are offering clients.
