Ellie is based in the Birmingham office and delivers the annual Deloitte Birmingham Crane Survey. She provides extensive planning advice across a range of sectors to both public and private sector clients, with a specialism in heritage.
Ellie has advised on 3 of the Top UK attractions which have included nationally significant buildings. Ellie also undertook a 12-month secondment to the public sector to assist with the national pandemic response.
Ellie leads teams on major developments from conception through to delivery, including master-planning and multi-phase developments. She leads on the negotiation of planning consents and legal agreements, always seeking to attain the best outcome for the client.
