Edyta is a Director in Contract Consulting within the Legal Management Consulting practice. She is working as a part of the UK/NSE LMC team and focusing on strategy and offering for Legal LMC as well as growing team o SMEs in CLM Consulting area in CE. Edyta has over 19 years of experience in leading and executing transformation projects in the global environment. She specializes in contract management, project management, business process analysis, and solution design. Edyta has led a number of projects designing and implementing contracting hubs, including a prior role as a Director at Capgemini where she led the organisation’s internal Global Contract Compliance & Optimization Projects and Operations team. Prior to Deloitte, she worked as Managing Director in Elevate Services, where she led the European part of Contract Consulting.
