David is a Director in the Global Compensation Management team at Deloitte who has day to day responsibility for Operations, Talent and Risk. He is CIPP qualified and has twice been recognised by Payroll World publications as one of the top 50 Managers working in Payroll. He has previously held a number of key positions in both Industry and Practice which provides him with a unique insight and perspective in respect of Global Payroll models. His previous experience within a Practice environment includes leading a team responsible for delivering Expatriate Payroll for UK compliance as well as Co-ordinating client payrolls globally. During his time in Industry, he spent nearly 7 years working for Investment banks and was responsible for Payrolls throughout the EMEA region, supporting and driving Global Payroll initiatives, including single solution implementations and the design of controls and centralisation of Payroll teams into Regional Service Centres.
